You can use LEADTOOLS Barcode Pro SDK technology in your application.
https://www.leadtools.com/sdk/products/barcode-pro
You can leverage the BarcodeWriter class, which allows you to write any LEADTOOLS supported barcode type to an image.
I am unaware of what barcode type you are wanting to generate, so the sample code below will show how to write a UPCA barcode to an image.
// Write/Generate Barcode using LEADTOOLS SDK
using (RasterCodecs codecs = new RasterCodecs)
using (RasterImage image = codecs.Load(@"IMAGE FILE PATH"))
{
BarcodeEngine barcodeEngine = new BarcodeEngine();

BarcodeData data = new BarcodeData(BarcodeSymbology.UPCA, "01234567890");
data.Bounds = new LeadRect(0, 0, 400, 200);
barcodeEngine.Writer.WriteBarcode(image, data, null);

First install the downloaded bar code font in windows>font folder then access through the programe that described.
