how to generate bar code (code 39) and save the barcode image to database.

Also how to print the generated barcode image.

this should be done using windows form apllication c#

You can install Free Spire.Barcode API(https://www.e-iceblue.com/Introduce/barcode-for-net-introduce.html), and add the below code to generate code 39 image easily.
BarcodeSettings bs = new BarcodeSettings();
bs.Type = BarCodeType.Code39;
bs.Data = "*ABC 12345* ";
BarCodeGenerator bg = new BarCodeGenerator(bs);
bg.GenerateImage().Save("Code39Code.png");

use below steps to generate a barcode
step 1.
First you will need to download the Free Barcode Font from the following link.

https://www.aspsnippets.com/DownloadFile.aspx?File=IDAutomationHC39M_Free_Version.zip

Once downloaded follow the following steps.

1. Extract the Font from the ZIP file.
2. Double Click, Open the File and then click the Install Button
Step 2.add a TextBox, a Button and a PictureBox control to the Windows Form.
step 3.Follow below code

You can use the LEADTOOLS Barcode Pro SDK in your application
https://www.leadtools.com/sdk/products/barcode-pro
You can utilize the BarcodeWriter class to write information to a code 3of9 barcode and add that barcode to an image.
Here is some sample code:

    {
        BarcodeEngine barcodeEngine = new BarcodeEngine();
