My problem got solved just i did the V.04 as a default framework in IIS application pool and its working fine now..

targetFramework attribute you can not find in earlier version. But in2010 you that attribute. If you will run conversion wizard it will manage automatically. you need not to change it for that just open the website in VS 2010 which will ask you to add 2.0 framework to website say yes and run the conversion wizard. It will work in 2010 also.

Let me tell you that i have deployed that application in IIS already, but the problem is that i m to able access file which is created in VS 2005 but not able to access file in VS 2010 gives error 'Unrecognized attribute 'targetFramework'. Note that attribute names are case-sensitive.'

If you are testing your website then better is deploy it on IIS and then try accessing from another machine. If you want to any steps to deploy and access ask again. If you haven't deploy it may ask for .Net framework. But IIS provide .aspx engine to run you project with simple typing url you can not access application.

On the system where my code resides havinf both VS 2005 and VS 2010 and in LAN from where i want to access that doesn't contain any dotnet framework , here i'm  calling file in browser by computer-name/virtual directory/filename.aspx

this application is developed in Visual Studio 2010 with .Net framework 4.0 and you are accessing it in less version. Are you accessing it in VS 2008/2005. It may be the error only. For that you may to change targetFramework=3.5 in web.confige file. may help you.
