Asp.net Offline application using serverside control

Can any one send me the link ,how we can make offline and online crud operation in asp.aspx page,not in mvc

I have all pages in aspx in vs2013 using sql server

What do you mean by offline CRUD operation? Do you mean to exactly behave as what happens when you have a network connected and save in DB? To any extent, you can save the data in a browser localstorage, but does come with a limitation. You cannot expect to save everything on the localstorage.
