AFAIK, No. You can't call the view directly. Normally, you will call the "Action" methods in the form of www.yoursitename.com/Controller/ActionMethod. At the end the action method returns a view. This is the convention in ASP.Net MVC.

I hope I understand your question well, In case if you are asked to type, view in a URL then it will work, but in case of, partial view it won't work, but still you must know the folder structure of view take an example I have viewed in my MVC projects Called Sales That include Closer When I will type directly http://localhost:51949/Sales/Closer/ it will work, but at the end of its also depend on the parameter we are going to use

All you need to use Action method with parameter
