Apply CSS files in my master page

Hi Everybody

I have one folder in my webapplication called Style I'm putting my CSS files there

but when i put the link to that CSS files it will not read it and will give the default style for Master page .

this is my code in the master page head :


   
         
      
      


should I add more codes or files ?
