Hey. What you can do is create a timer in c# or create a time out function in jQuery which will call a method after particular interval of time. In that method you need to write some code to check created date/ modified date changes. If date change then you can do your rest functionality otherwise not. To check the date changes what you can do is first retrieve the created date/ modified date in the session when first load the application. After that when you call the method in a repetative manner then check those values with session. Thanks
