AppDomain to solve assembly updates to client

I believe you need to restart it, in order to load new dlls. Follow below link:

Note: When you restart all application hosted will be down. To prevent it, you need to restart the app pool which is related the application. Anyway, if you restart either IIS or AppPool application will loose the session contents.

FYI:

When you change/update DLLs/drop new DLLs in the bin directory of your web application, will that reset IIS??

Answer: NO. It doesn't reset IIS. IIS monitors the /bin directory of your application. Whenever a change is detected in DLLs, it will recycle the app domain and re-load the new DLLs.

hi

If i replace the update dll to bin folder
application_start event fires again which should not happen
