Anyone Suggest how to start work with window application.

If you are a beginner, I recommend you to go for WPF, it has much capability and performance than winforms. You can get articles on C# Corner article section. Moreover, if you want a complete sample projects, you can get it on github. But I strongly suggest you yo learn with chunks.
