the settop most will set that form top most in the application and not in windows. if you want to make the application stay top most in WINDOWS and not the current application then you have to resort to the api SetWindowPosition http://geekswithblogs.net/jonathanbindel/archive/2004/10/24/13195.aspx

Sorry about that... I have the user click an option on the application which sets the form property "TopMost" = True. While this option is selected the Window does NOT stay in the foreground. Again, this is only happening on one system so I don't believe it is the way the app is coded. any thoughts?

well why dont u tell us how you are putting the application to foreground *which functions and api's and we will give you alternatives.
