Alert Message in mvc

I have two fields in Form. One is Balance QTY and second is Billed QTY. If I enter 10 in Balance QTY and 20 in Billed QTY. Alert message should display Message That "You Billed Extra QTY". I want just only alert message but entry should save. How can I do? Thanks in advance. :)

You can use jquery
