The Testing Strategy and Approach in Agile Development could be very different from traditional bureaucratic methods. It could vary with project needs and the project team. In many scenarios, it may make sense to not have a separate testing team. In fact testing can done more effectively in short term, by people who know the application and its objectives very well.
Agile testing is used whenever client or customer requirements are changing dynamically. If we have no SRS (Software Requirements Specification) and BRS (Business Requirements Specification) but we have test cases. Test case would have detail steps of Functionality of application.
