after i upload my web services give this error

Server Error in '/' Application.

Runtime Error

Description: An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception. The request has been terminated.

i create web srevices and i put the connectionstring in web.config and published it but from browser give this error

please need help

thanks alot for every one give me help but it doesnt work i tried many ways but still when i run it in browser give me this error

It may be compilation tag is placed in improper place. Please verify. Secondly make sure that ASP.NET framework is installed and mapped to IIS.

Based on the errors on the screen, look like the server is lack of .Net Framework 4.5.
If that the case, download and install from here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42642

After that make sure the application pool is targeting .NET CLR version 4.0. I'm assuming you hav full access to the server and can manage the IIS.

Hi,

The reason for this issue is duplication of compilation tag in Web Config.

Remove the 9th line in your screen shot in Webconfig.
<compilation debug="true" />
