I'm not sure what you were getting at with "Hadoop", I would expect that on such an interview you can get some additional questions regarding Apache servers, securities, administration, etc.
In other words I don't believe any technology that is asked on interview could be classified as a standalone technology, there will always be some follow up questions that are related to some other technology.
For example for web developer's interview it would be common to some .NET related questions but also both back end coding tests (C#) and front end coding tests (HTML, CSS).
Now back to your question, I would say RESTful services are one of the current trends because more and more companies are practising API driven development. In the .NET realm that would be ASP.NET Web API.
Also due to a high popularity of JS frameworks (like Angular.js, Backbone.js, Ember.js, etc.) a Single Page Applications are becoming more favourable then ASP.NET and ASP.NET MVC.

For eg:- if i learn Hadoop. they will ask only Hadoop technology related questions right. like that any trending technology in .net.

You can learn Azure, Bootstrap, Angular JS. Those are the most wanted trending technology, It would be great if you have knowledge on those.
