Adding files error when set up creating

In my project total no of files is 423. currently my OS is Server 2008 R2.

but in Windows 7,  not show any error message. Is this problem for OS Server 2008 R2.

this err or sys that you are adding more than 1000 files at a time, if you wanted to add all files then add less than 1000 at a time. like if you have 2000 files than add some 1000 files than add again remaining 1000 files.
