I have deployed a Windows VM, installed the XAMPP server on it, and assigned that VM's Public IP to my external domain. However, I'm facing an issue binding the SSL certificate to secure access. I have also purchased an App Service Certificate.
Could you please suggest to me the way to achieve this solution?

First learn that XAMPP is not a server. XAMPP installs the Apache server and other software. Since you have been trying to determine how to configure the XAMPP server it is understanding that it is difficult to get good documentation.
