Add Service Reference is missing in VS 2017

Hello,

I'm new to Mobile development.

I'm trying to add a ASMX web service in my Xamarin project, but Add Service reference is missing in the project folder. Please help me

Also Blank app -> Xamarin.Forms -> Portable Class Library (PCL) ,the PCL feature is not available, please help me

Thanks for your quick reply. But Sir, I'm trying to add a service reference to Xamarin Cross platform project not a PCL project, the reference which was provided by you is for Andriod project.
Please help me sir
