i want to use it programmatically .i.e. at run time i want to invoke that udl dialog .and at run time the user to provide me info and i want to acess the db. for this there is an API but i dont know what does its name and how to use. so please if any body know let me inform or post here

create a text file and then save it with a .udl file extension.
