Access to the path is denied

hi

I created the folders in a server when i run the application as localhost form my machine it create the folder normally to that server

but when i change the local host to the machine IP it will give this msg :

System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path '\\Server\Folder\SubFolder is denied.

Hi,
You need to grant the application pool and IUSR permissions to that folder.So Provide access right to IIS user.
hope this will help you.

may be the application pool running for the website has no complete permissions on it? check that once.

Try running your applicationas Administrator and also use Server.MapPath() to retrieve the path
