Accepting Keyboard Input

I forgot to check, but after you are finished with the button click event do you redirect the focus back to the textbox control? ie. is the last line in the button click event: textbox.Focus ' change textbox to whatever name you've given the textbox

Thanks to MythicalMe, I can now input numbers using my numeric keypad or the keyboard. The problems now are that I must first select the textbox using the mouse so it has focus and it just inputs numbers, it doesn't accept any of the other keyboard input functions nor do the numbers act/react the same as when I click on the number keys in the form.

OK, I got your code, compiled it, and it ran. I compared it to my code and it was very similar. So similar that I couldn't find the differences after I made the variable name substitutions. :( If I send you a copy of what I have would you mind taking a look and telling me where I went wrong? My Calculator simulator is RPN instead of Algebraic, so it may be a bit harder to follow the logic but I'm hoping it will be simple enough you will be able to tell me where I went wrong.

Profile modified ... kinda-sorta ... If I can get this problem solved I should probably submit mine for publication as well. I have tried to use as many different functions as I could and commented the code enout to make it useful to me later when I forgot what I was doing. It should also be useful to someone just starting out.

I wrote a calculator just a bit ago. If you update your profile to include an e-mail address I'll send you the source so that you can see how I resolved the issues. Perhaps I'll even submit it for publication on VB.NET Heaven site.
