which version of windows are you using, i guess u are using Windows 8, but the SDK requires Windows 8 Pro, so kindly update your OS first.

Enabling Client Hyper-V

You can enable Client Hyper-V in Windows 8

Use the Control Panel

1. In the Windows 8 Control Panel, tap or click Programs, and then tap or click Programs and Features.

2. Tap or click Turn Windows features on or off.

3. In the Windows Features dialog box, select the check-boxes for the Hyper-V items that you want to install, and then tap or
click OK.

Windows searches for and installs the required files.

4. Tap or click Close.

Are you running the application inside the VM or it is in a physical machine?

i have browsed the site which u mentioned but it downloading word file instead of setup now how can i installed Hyper V?

As it showing it required HYper v to be installed to run it. 1st install it and check.
