I have 4 years exp. in MS Technologies and i want to explore my skills and knowledge. Is MS certification or other certification is good.. Please Suggest me

Instead of just taking the 70-486 exam, you could try going for the full MCSD path for Web Applications, it contains three exams:
Exam 480 - Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3
Exam 486 - Developing ASP.NET MVC Web Applications
Exam 487 - Developing Microsoft Azure and Web Services
Also if you're interested in any further exploring of your skills then you should try solving the some programming tests and challenges, they are good indication of ones capabilities, for example try these:
HTML, CSS and JS coding tests
C# coding tests
Aptitude tests
Note that if you're able to solve them then you could actually try obtaining their free programming certificates.

You have good amount of experience in Microsoft Technologies. Its nice time to get the Certifications if will add value to your resume. Specially go for certifications in your domain like Azure or MVC. Certifications shows the skills are latest and you are updated about the technology.
