I like the Quoted texts.
That's why most of the people like this site Mahesh. Simple speaking the site is decent and cares the people and never insults them ( When they do not post a question in a right way, when they write a article with some negligible bugs etc) at same time indicates the mistake in a friendly way.
I do not know, How this community has this (Noble) mind set. There are some community (Name not required) which will burst the contrubutor (with a bazooka :) )even for some small mistakes.

11 strong years and still going on!
I knew about #3 but not about #1 and #2. Nice to see the stats and number. However, I never cared for ratings and stats :). It's all about caring, clean, and cool community.
