1. Set the Form's BackgroundImage property to an image with transparent background.
2. Set BackgroundImageLayout property to None.
3. Set BackColor property to Red.
4. Set FormBorderStyle property to None.
5. Set tne Form's TarnsparencyKey to Red.
Click F5 to run project.

How does one move or minimize the window/form? Is there a way to define or create your own minimize button? Is there a way to make is moveable by grabbing anywhere in the form?
