Nice explanation, can you explain how to connect with that database from the asp.net application and please explain how we can see all the tables and procedures using sql server management studio

  Azure SQL database has not a interface like your local database for creating table or fields. You can connect azure SQL database with management studio using your server name, username and password but in the management studio you will be aslo required to write query for explore your data or create new tables or fields. The same work you can do in azure portal using azure query editor preview.
